INNOVATION ON COOPERATION
Introduction
Just now Denmark’s Queen margrethe II and her husband,prince Consort Henrik, kicked off their first state visit to Indonesia at the Tanjung Priok port on Thursday by pledging to strenghten maritime ties further between Denmark and Indonesia, after enjoying 65 years of solid diplomatic relations with one another, Jakarta Globe(2016).
As a marine science student on fisheries and marine faculty, i was seen about the people of coastal in Indonesia. We must make an clear rules about maritime sector. So many people get unbenefit because didn't get an clear rule about maritime sector. That so many problem at that sector, i know Indonesia is very big country that have biggest coastline number 2 in the world. However, many problems that Indonesia face all over the time. I know that Denmark is advanced country on Europe. Denmark is very advance in all sector and have many researcher that famous in the world. Then now, Denmark is the winner of thomas cup on badminton, that so very amazing achievement that make denmark is almost complete in all sector. We can make good bond here, i mean we have an enormous coastline and Denmark is advanced country. So, that is a point about bond on our country.
We can share data about fisheries and marine sector and make a research with both country. Denmark have advanced researcher and Indonesia have a fields that can be research field. Furthermore, that research can make a problem solving between our country. Such as in my country is about poor fisherman on our country. On my country fisherman is almost all poor. So we can make our research about that and make a problem solving. However,for Denmark, i think we can make research in Indonesia beach and make Denamark innovation there.
Under the direction of president Joko Widodo, the Indonesia government has been working to strengthen its maritime sector in a quest to become a “global maritime fulcrum”. This is the point is can make an impact to Denmark themselves. Fulcrum is the center of maritime of all over the world, so Denmark will be a fulcrum too. However, if both country can be global maritime fullcrum, so both country can make benefit each other.
Requirements, Rules and Facts
Indonesian and Danish officials have signed a memorandum of understanding for greater cooperation in the maritime sector. This is our first requirements, signed MoU and make an unbreakable connection with both maritime sector. Then this our advanced requirements;
1) Signed about Mou of Both Country.
2) Make a Seminar Between Both Country.
3) Get an Inovation For Make a Better Maritime Sector.
4) Exchange Data and Marine policies of Both Country.
5) Make a Rule about Maritime Sector.
So, i think that’s all of requirements of both country. if both country want benefit just do an understanding maritime sector and make an innovation.
This is my innovation with the source all over the world. In recent years, shipyards have been startingto implement more of this concept. When we look at conventional shipbuilding processes, the vessel hull is first fabricated on the dock and the outfitting is started only after launching the hull from the berth. This cost a lot of time that can be minished with the concept of advanced outfitting. Advanced outfitting concept involves assembling the outfit components like machinery, seating structures and piping etc into a small unit, that is then fixed at planned positionin the hull block itself.
The main time and cost saver? Steel structure and outfit component units are developed at the same time rather than waiting to complete the erection the vessel hull before outfit components can be installed. Shipyards who practise this innovative concept claim that building cycle time can be substantially reduced and save a tremendous amount of cost.
Advantages of this innovation are;
1. Shorter Cycle Time; since outfittingis done in parallel to hull fabrication, the total cycle time, that is, from the date of contract signing to the delivery of the ship. Is reduced considerably.accordingly, more number of ships can also be built in a year. Therefore giving lebverage to the productivity of the shipyard.
2. Better Working Conditions; since outfitting in block stage is carried out in a workshop atmoosphere, the efficiency of the work force will be more because of the improved lighting adn better ventilation. Modern shipyards also incorporate efficient human factors to ensure optimum level of workshop productivity.
3. Reduced Interference in Design; since advanced outfitting i done at a time in a limited area (that is,in one block at a time), limited number of people would be working, with less interference. For xample, the personnel concerned with piping is likely to meet with interference from personnel concerned with ventilation. In case of advanced outfitting. These obstacle are done away with, hence improving working conditions.
4. Open Sky Access for Erection of Equipment; in case of conventional outfitting, the total hull(steel) structure is completed, and it is very difficult tolower and then erect equipment and machinery into the lower decks, and this process requires a lot of tools like chains, etch. But in case of advanced outfitting, if the equipment are erected right i the block stage and then the erection proccess is well planned in such a way so that the equipment can be directly erected with open sky access( that is, the deck above the equipment is erected after the equipment is erected after the equipment is erected on its seat). This has been seen to reduce the total erection time required to complete a shipbuilding project.
Conclusion
If both country can make an unbreakable connection and make an innovation like above, we can be “GLOBAL MARITIME FULCRUM”.
